One of the joys of lambing is getting to watch the lambs play. It is one of the rewards for the sleep deprivation and the complete and utter shutdown of the rest of one’s life that occurs during the four weeks of lambing. I managed to snag this scene yesterday while I was doing chores. Y’all enjoy!

    This is called “Sproinging” , especially when they leap straight up into the air and twist in the middle of the leap. Love the film!

    @Denise, I almost tripped hurrying over to the pen to start the video, LOL. I’m going to try and catch them again next week when it’s sunny! @Dev, I love that–“sproinging”!!!

    Ha! Ours do this too! It’s like they love the cool air at dawn and dusk. It’s such a joy to watch!
